CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR at VIE Hotel Bangkok on Friday, Jan. 31, with a gourmet Chinese buffer dinner.
Special dishes include: Hot and cold Chinese hors d’oeuvres, Dim Sum and Shark’s Fin Soup, as well as main dishes such as Stuffed Fish Maw with Chinese gravy, stir-fried beef with peppercorn sauce and E-fu noodles with abalone sauce. There’s also a live cooking station serving Peking duck and roasted crispy Chinese pork belly with Hoisin sauce.
The dinner will be complimented by a range of beverages, including a selection of fine wines, and the relaxed surroundings of VIE Wine & Grill. The buffet starts at 6.30 p.m. and ends at 10.30 p.m.
The dinner is priced at 1,200 THB per person for food, plus an additional 750 THB a person for the free-flow wine.
Diners will also receive Ang Pow of VIE Value cash voucher valued at 500 THB per table to use for your next visit.
