SIX SENSES SPAS will again be supporting Global Wellness Day around the world on June 11 with a schedule of complimentary group activities with emphasis on yoga, meditation, singing bowl workshops, natural movement, Thai chi and Pilates.
Depending on the location, you can enjoy the experiences at the sunrise or sunset, on the beach or in the forest, or on the jetty.
At Six Senses spa at Hua Hin, the program features Tai Chi, yoga, singing bowl class and Six Senses meditation. At Six Senses Spa Koh Kood, the program starts with Tai Chi at sunrise on the jetty and yoga, followed by a singing bowl class and Six Senses meditation.
The program at Six Senses Spa Samui features stretching, Hatha Yoga, singing bowl meditation, Thai pran and sun salutation yoga. And at Six Senses Yao Noi, the program starts with yoga followed by Six Senses meditation, aerial yoga, Pilates and a fundamental fitness class.
The fundamental purpose of the day is to make us aware of the value of our lives. Even if it’s just for one day of the year, to make us stop and think, to get away from the stress of urban lifestyles, bad habits and thereby find peace with ourselves, said a Six Senses spokesperson.
